FAQ
How does Pool Tile Cleaning work?
At Dynamic Pools, we use a gentle approach to clean pool tile. Compressed air is used to apply a soft, mineral-based, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning media that has been specifically designed for cleaning pool tile. Our product safely removes pool tile calcium, algae, and staining from your pool tile surface.
Does my pool need to be drained before cleaning pool tile?
No, it is not necessary to drain your pool before we begin our cleaning service. We lower your pool water level just enough to expose all the pool tile. To conserve water, we usually only need to remove 3 to 4 inches of water to perform our pool cleaning service.
What kind of pool tile cleaning products does Dynamic Pools use?
At Dynamic Pools, we use a soft, mineral-based cleaning media called Kieserite. This product is specifically designed and guaranteed to clean pool tile without causing damage. Our cleaning media has many benefits, including being 100% non-hazardous, pH neutral, safe on delicate pool tile such as glass tile, black tile, granite, and slate, and water-soluble. It will not harm pool pumps or equipment.
"Does someone have to be home during my pool tile cleaning service?
No, you do not need to be home during our pool cleaning service. All we need is access to your pool, spa, or water feature to complete the job.
When will I be able to swim after my pool tile calcium removal service?
Our cleaning media is non-toxic, eco-friendly, and non-hazardous, which means you can swim immediately after your pool tile cleaning service is complete.
